October Match Results 2011

Sunday 30th October 2011: Shiplate Farm, Hawthorns and West Pool lakes

The previous match record on the West Pool was almost doubled during this match. Warm weather and light winds made ideal conditions with many anglers getting off to a great start.
Cadbury Angling's Andy France on peg 1 of the Hawthorns, caught well on the pole using maggot which would eventually earn him second place on the day. At the same time Dean Malin on peg 1 on the West Pool was building a good weight, pole fishing pellet to the far bank and margin. At the end of the match Dean weighed in the new match record of141lb 14oz to take first place.
